Alex is one of life's optimists and is very rarely without a disarming smile and laugh. He is bright, a quick learner and able to articulate complex issues by use of simple diagrams and language - a true Management Consultant!
Alex and I worked together as part of a team seconded into LST Trillium as our client between 1997 and early 1999 setting up a PMO for the Defence Training Review (DTR) program. Alex also bore the brunt of workload on some complex professional services agreements, along with the inter-related strands of an effective PMO. He did so with attention to detail but with an ability to scale his thinking to program strategy and delivery.
His strengths are his amiable nature coupled with his undoubted intellect. Using these in combination, he is able to create and sustain a collaborative, high performing team environment.
